Suite located in the community of the Lavras Novas subdistrict plateau, within the grounds of the host Maria, is 2 km from a beautiful waterfall. It is a very quiet and pleasant place, with a family atmosphere, for people who want to enjoy a comfortable rustic environment. The Suite is 50m², has a hot tub, TV, queen size bed, sofa bed, microwave, a table and minibar. Breakfast is served in host Maria's kitchen and is included in the daily rate.

Cercada pela natureza e próxima à Cachoeira de Catarina Mendes, é um convite para desacelerar, respirar ar puro e aproveitar a tranquilidade em meio às montanhas. O acesso é por duas rotas via Morro São Sebastião; os últimos 2 km são de estrada de terra, em boas condições e de fácil acesso para carros de passeio.
