Pleasant surroundings, welcoming and beautiful house, exactly like the listing description. The differential was due to the parking and the charming architecture of the house.

Quiet stay, no inconvenience. Building in a very good location and with many attractions in the area. The host is very attentive and responds quickly to any questions or requests. The only suggestion for this apartment is the installation of an air conditioner. Thanks for hosting.

Wonderful place, first time in João Monlevade the house in a very well located place, all close to the house. Very cozy house, I felt at home, super friendly hosts, wonderful people. Voltaria for sure ❤️

Jaque is a 10-star person, she received us to deliver the key, went with us to the property, an incredible and attentive person! We really liked her, every day she sent a message to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Her place is perfect. I highly recommend it, we had no issues whatsoever. Beautiful, cozy and very well located.

I had an excellent two-month stay at Luiza's place, from December 2024 to February 2025. The home is very cozy with everything I needed for a long-term stay, including a full kitchen and laundry area. Santa Tereza is a fantastic neighbourhood with lots to do. This home is very special because you're so close to lots of great places, but you don't get too much noise as it's located on a very calm street. I definitely recommend staying here if you're planning to be in Belo Horizonte!

Staying at Marcelo's house was a WONDERFUL experience! The house is stunning and the backyard, a show apart! The house is super wide, airy, comfortable and the decor, a show apart! We feel in our own home during our stay! The location is privileged because, although we are close to the lagoon, we have a lot of privacy, the place is quiet (and we stayed during Carnival!), has drugstores and supermarkets very close by. And what about the backyard?! Super verdinho, immersed in super well-groomed plants and bring an exceptional freshness to the environment. The hydro is delicious and was strategically positioned between the jabuticabeira and the banana trees, surrounded by the other plants. It was super warm, even in the days when we had little sunshine, she managed to maintain a good temperature, only with the mormaço of the weather! Marcelo was extremely attentive throughout our stay. Our contact was by messages and it remained available all the time!

Excellent place. Enzo was very helpful. Very nice and cozy place. Marvelous breakfast. About the waterfalls there is an access that is free and has access to 3 waterfalls, but the access is very bad. It's worth it for the amazing sight, but I don't recommend going if you haven't been accustomed to walking long distances. Another access to the waterfalls is the Catana da Serra Restaurant, the trails are very well taken care of. It has to pay the amount of 30 reais, but it is very worth it.
