Chef Niomi likes to follow an all inclusive style of cooking, whether someone is looking for something elegant, light and healthy, vegetarian/vegan, exotic, or gluten free (we can also accommodate large buffet style gatherings!); the fun is in the variety and challenge for me. She has been cooking in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, and have experienced many cuisines and worked with and learned from some amazing chefs here in Houston. As for who she is as a person, she loves plants and animals, believes in being respectful and kind and try to follow a no waste lifestyle.
