“Boat House” means a refurbished fishing boat garage that has also retained its original charm. It is practically located in the very center of the city, but when you come here, you will be able to enjoy the romance with nature. The window overlooks a fantastic view of the castle island, which is a hundred metres away - it has a wonderful swimming place, a sports ground, the ruins of the Livonian Order Castle and a couple of cafes. Gorgeous sunsets can be enjoyed through the window and the new swan family is often guests- prepare some treats.

A cozy sleeping area is presented with a double bed covered by a textured blue quilt. Two decorative pillows are arranged on the bed, and framed artwork is mounted on the wall above. A minimalist black dresser and a floor lamp complement the warm wooden flooring.

The second floor of our family house awaits you, which has 3 cozy rooms for 6 persons, a playroom for children, a kitchen and an additional sauna available. We are pet friendly. Our house is a 5 minute walk to Alūksne Park and the lake, 10 min walking to the city center.
