The internal structure has a double box bed plus a sofa bed or double mattress, a luxurious bathroom with gas heating, and a full kitchen. The outdoor area has a bathroom with a shower, a shower, a pergola with a hammock, a 400m2 outdoor area, an exclusive walled enclosure, a parking space, and we accept pets. We do not allow sound to be turned on because we prioritize the sound of nature and birds… No parties allowed…

Cosy house surrounded by nature, less than 2 km from the entrance to Caparaó National Park, on the Minas Gerais side. To the back the Caparaó River with crystal clear waters and pure for bathing. We have a BBQ area, Wi-Fi, a wooden house with an outdoor fireplace, a friendly neighbourhood, and we can send you information about tours, dining options, etc. Loud noise is not permitted at any time. Quiet hours from 10:00 pm. Deck deactivated.

In 55 hectares divided into preserved forests, springs to intercropped plantations, in an agroecology management, the sustainable gardens that give rise to our grains are formed. We are next to the entrance of Caparaó National Park, on one of the slopes of Pico da Bandeira.

The chalet is located in the countryside less than 1 km from the city.
