Yiannis is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host. The accommodation leaves nothing to be desired, the view from the balcony to the sea is fantastically beautiful. Comfortable house, with large spaces in an area a little further out of the center, but with a 10-minute walk you can access everything. The house was spotless and fully equipped, with literally nothing missing that the guest needed. The owner is very friendly, with very good and fast communication. Its disadvantages are not related to the house itself, but to the area. The main issues are the difficult parking, and the lack of a sidewalk on the busy street (but these apply to the majority of the houses of Mytilene).

Such a cute apartment, and great to have a washing machine. The host lives next door so, although you have complete privacy, she is nearby if you need anything. Sappho Square and multiple great eateries are a few minutes' walk away, and the ferry wharf is also within walking distance. I very much appreciated the host allowing me a flexible checkout time, so that I could stay in the apartment until it was time to leave for my overnight ferry to Athens.

We had no trouble communicating with Thalia. She responded to our messages in a timely manner and adequately. We loved the location of the house, the view was great! We were able to get everywhere on foot. There is a grocery store in the back of the house and very reasonably priced. We went to the balcony for coffee at every opportunity, but we couldn't fully enjoy it due to the wind, it was really windy when we were in Lesvos. So the balcony was not very convenient for us, unfortunately. Kitchen utensils were sufficient, all basic things. We discovered Greek coffee thanks to Thalia:) She was a helpful, caring lady as written in the comments. Since it was not summer yet, the house was cold in the evening/night and the air conditioning worked a lot. We also had no problem with the hot water. Some comments mention the issue of noise and smoking. We didn't hear any noise and never smell cigarettes, there was no smell to the apartment we were in. Overall we were satisfied, we had a nice time with our nearly 5-year-old son:) Thank you…

Very peaceful! The location of the house is very good, there is a market right across the street and it is very close to the bazaar and restaurants. The garden is incredibly pleasant, you can spend the whole day. The house is very adequate, almost a summer house. But most importantly Efi is an incredibly sweet person. She is extremely friendly and hospitable. She made lemonade for us with her own hands! We would definitely want to stay at Efi's house again.

The location of the accommodation was very good and ideal for those who want to stay in the city center. Exceptional harbour views. Everything was perfect during our stay and the host very kind and helpful.

She can't be a better and caring hostess. If you go to Cunda, you can choose this place without looking at other places. Rest assured, this is the best place for you in every way.

Although we had a lot of parking problems for vehicles throughout Ayvalık, it was a great comfort that the house offered us at least 2 parking spaces, the house was the same as in the photos, it was very useful and clean. The host is very interested and responds quickly. It was very sweet of them to give local advice. It was peaceful to have a small garden area in front of the house. Mrs. Gülay's house is really wonderful, she thought of everything to make us comfortable. All the electronic appliances in the house work smoothly, which made me very happy. As seen in the pictures, the decoration of the house is very stylish, it is a very pleasant Greek house to stay in ❤️ I think it's the best location in Ayvalık, with cobblestone pavements and many wonderful Greek houses, I didn't know where to look while walking around. The neighbors are also very sweet. It is also very precious for me that he accepted my little dog. I stay in Ayvalık every year, and I've stayed in this kind of house before, but this is by far my favorite place. See you next summer. 🤗❤️

Vedat and Fisun were very sweet and friendly people. You can use the garden as you like. It didn't bother us at all that they lived downstairs. The terrace of the house is already enough to have a good time:) There was only one stove in the kitchen of the house, it was a little challenging to cook the meals in turn. My advice to those who will stay in this house is to take your shampoos for shower with you. Because the market on the island is crowded, take all your needs with you and go like that :)

The house is high up by the castle and looks just as pictured. The balconies with views are great. Great with shutters, gets dark when sleeping. The property is upstairs of the house. Easy to park for free near the castle. We were 5 people so one slept in the dining room. Cute cats on the balcony. If you like staying in genuine homes, this is great.

We stayed at this wonderful apartment in Petra, Lesvos, as a group of four and were extremely satisfied with everything. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, the bathroom was well-stocked, and overall the apartment was very comfortable. Our host was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, they were quick to respond to all our questions and made us feel right at home. The internet connection was excellent, perfect for both work and entertainment. The location of the apartment was ideal—within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and markets, yet situated on a quiet and peaceful street, which made it perfect for relaxation. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. Thanks to the comfort of the apartment and the warmth of our host, we had an unforgettable vacation. If we return to Lesvos, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our stay was very enjoyable. Everything was just as shown in the listing photos. The house was clean and tidy, and we didn’t have any issues with the bathroom or the kitchen. We were very satisfied and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

We stayed here for 4 weeks and were extremely happy with the comfort and standard of the accommodation. We were warmly welcomed and the place was well suited to our needs. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed. There was also washing machine and dish washer. The pool area was beautiful and we often had this to ourselves. The sunsets each evening we’re beautiful. The apartments are located mid way between Molyvos and Petra, each were around 30 mins walk from the apartment to beaches and tavernas. The beach at Petra has plenty of free sunbeds in return for using the tavernas. There is a beautiful pastry and ice cream place 5 minutes walk towards Petra that also did coffees and alcoholic drinks. It was lovely to sit there and watch the sunset. The whole area had a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely like to return here sometime and would highly recommend staying here.

The place was as described. The center of Petra. There are restaurants, bars and a beach close to everything and within walking distance. We were very satisfied. Joanna’s place was more than we expected so spacious bright clean and well equipped, I highly recommend her studio to couples or families. Joanna and her parents were super responsive helpful and kind. We would love to go back again when it’s swimming season!

Great value for money. Although the neighborhood where the house is located is not very well known, it is very close to the center of Mytilene. The house contains everything one might need and more. The only disadvantage is that it is on the 3rd floor in a building without an elevator, which, although it was not a problem for me, may make it difficult for people with reduced mobility.

Тhe house was really good, cozy, perfect view, amazing sunsets, clean and warm pool. The hostess is a smiley charming person. We had a cold white wine waiting for us as a welcome drink. They clean the place regularly and change sheets and towels. What else could e person want?!:) Evcharisto! :)
