Our modern 2+1 apartment in a respectable area of Akçay is a 6-minute walk to the beach and the Kordon via the underpass, and a 10-minute walk via the overpass and pedestrian crossing. 5 to 20 minutes by car to Güre, Altınkum, Altınoluk, Küçükkuyu, Ören and Burhaniye. 10 minutes to the Kaz Mountains, 15 minutes to the airport. Assos is 40 minutes away. Our building is monitored by 24/7 security cameras, and there is a grocery store behind it. It is ideal for families.
