Very close to large corporations, shopping malls, movie theaters, restaurants, bars, and important office buildings. The downtown area is one of the best in the city, the building is steps away from the new Torre Manacar and almost opposite Liverpool Galerias Insurgentes. Este alojamiento único es muy espacioso, esta bastante bien comunicado ya que tiene vías rápidas muy cerca y el transporte público también, cuenta con vigilancia las 24 horas. Hay un parque muy grande cerca para poder pasear o hacer ejercicio, así como supermercado y muchos servicios a los que se puede acudir caminando. Esta muy cerca del ITAM y en la ruta hacia Santa Fe, la colonia las águilas está ubicada entre barranca del muerto y altavista y el departamento esta a 700 metros del periférico
