The villa is located about 5 minutes from Altavilla Milicia and halfway between Palermo and Cefalù. It has four bedrooms, sleeping 8, two kitchens, and two panoramic terraces for outdoor dining. It is divided into two independent apartments: One has one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, three bathrooms with showers, and a kitchen. The other apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a shared bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
