Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Alta Verapaz Department

Excellent stay, a very cozy place to rest and my family along with my pet had a great time, the service was excellent, Recommended...

I count my experience: The accommodation and the locality of the place is exquisite, it is as shown in the photographs, the access to the river directly from the house makes it something unique. Other amenities such as the campfire, churrasquera, the wooden kiosk and the pool as such returns the most enriching experience especially if you share as a family. The house is located near several tourist sites, making it a strategic point. Now. At the time of making this comment it is during the holy week, everything is fine with the house, the problem is the neighbors specifically the house next door, they had a horn of the "discotheque" type where they made noise both during the day and at night, they do not respect the hours of silence, one of the nights followed the scandal until 3:30 in the morning, we were not the only annoying because even from the other side of the river, they were shouting to these people with insults to turn off that m*** * a, and other kind of comments.

The place is very nice, clean, it has everything you need for the days to be used, contact with nature, family spaces, tranquility and security, in addition to being a very cozy place, we were very happy

Rustic house with a great view. Easy to find. Host allowed us to change the date and was always friendly and responsive. Would stay here again.

I reserved this place for family staying for my wedding. I cannot begin to thank the host for being so understanding and kind with them. Very flexible and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Alta Verapaz. Beautiful location, comfortable stay, overall 5 stars

Very nice place to relax. For the price it is great!! It is not at all luxurious inside but it is clean and has everything we need. The very quick communication with the host and the entrance/exit of the super practical place. Quite close to the village to look for food. No problem with our dogs (they always respect the animals in the place) Thank you very much!!!

Excellent! Honestly, I didn’t really stay at his place due to some travel changes, but I felt bad that I wasn’t going to stay. I texted him and he responded very quickly! He also gave VERY clear instructions with photos and videos on how to get there!

Definitely an exceptional place to be in the Coban area; the facilities and the attention of the host and the person in charge of the place are spectacular. Absolutely recommended

Casa El Pueblito was just as described in Airbnb and the property was precisely as shown in the pictures. Perfect place to go sightseeing in the surrounding areas and rest after a long day in Semuc Champey (abt 1-2hrs away). Marlon was very responsive all along and promptly took care of any little thing that was needed during our stay (i.e., extra plates, extra towels & hot water).
