This large 3-room suite is part of my home, but is private, separate and locked off from the rest of the residence. There's a private entrance to your suite from the building lobby. Suite includes a dining/sitting area with dining/work table, sofa (opens to queen bed), TV and tiny patio. French doors separate this room from huge light-filled primary bedroom (with king bed). Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

Conveniently between the Marina, Fisherman's Wharf, Golden Gate Bridge, NOPA & Golden Gate Park, our unit is in just about the finest neighborhood in the city. We are a quick walk or ride to anywhere else in the city. Explore Michelin-starred restaurants, coffee shops, the bustling Clement Street and NOPA neighborhoods, the Presidio Tunnel Tops — or relax on the patio and read a book. Note: there is no stove or oven.

Guest Suite in PacHeights, Japantown & Fillmore St

Our 1-bedroom basement space comes with a large bedroom with a California king-size bed, a living room with a queen sofa bed, and a full bath and a wet bar with a compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, mini dishwasher, toaster oven & sink. We don't recommend it for 4 adults (the sofa bed can feel cramped) but it's great for people traveling with young kids. We use all-cotton Frette sheets and Land's Ends' towels for ur comfort. We live upstairs and try to be quiet but you may hear us.

Large independent studio in Lower Pac Height with a separate entrance. It is a quiet place. I live a level above the studio but we are separate. Conveniently located to go to Downtown, Marina, GG Park, GG Bridge, the Haight, Castro - 8 blocks away from lively Fillmore street and its restaurants, cafes, and boutiques. Our inviting room with its own entrance and private bath, mini-fridge and coffee/tea making essentials is in our Victorian home IN the city. Walk to the Fillmore, many of the best restaurants in SF, and Japantown, or hop a bus to anywhere in SF. In Nov 2024, we installed Google Mesh, giving guest super fast upload and download speeds to facilitate virtual meetings in the suite.
