Magical village house that preserves the materials and the native shape of the charming houses. It is a very simple village house, made with a lot of pampering, with very natural and simple materials. It is a very comfortable and practical house, with a lovely little patio downstairs as well as another sunny terrace upstairs. It has three bedrooms, one of them in a passage area with a bunk bed with 2 beds, a room with a double bed, and another single room.

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
