The service, cleanliness and tidiness were impeccable in all the spaces of the house, we thought it had a great garden, pool and jacuzzi, we spent a few days super comfortable.

Our experience at this accommodation was generally very good. We went as a family, more than 16 people, including babies, children, seniors and two dogs, and the place was quite well adapted to our needs. Despite the maintenance details, our experience was positive thanks to José's attention and the fact that the place is well thought out for large groups. With some upgrades, this place could be great. We recommend it if you are looking for a spacious place, with a good atmosphere and staff available to help you, in addition to the fact that the host is super accessible both at check-in and check-out. We would stay again as the place lends itself to a louder atmosphere, something that many accommodations do not allow.

Casa Gabriela is a wonderful haven of art and nature! It has several super interesting spaces to go with your family and spend incredible moments. The subdivision is a very safe place, you can go for a walk at any time and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Gabriela and the service staff were always on the lookout for any requests.

It is a very nice house, you enjoy the stay without hassle. Angie's attention to the key flame is very good, she is always attentive to what you need. We went with our daughters and they returned delighted, it is definitely a good option to enjoy a few days of tranquility.

Loved the house! As soon as you enter, you can see the large green space. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect. We loved that, despite being all together, everyone has privacy in their own house, and having 3 bathrooms is a super plus. The barbecue area is amazing for eating together, chatting. We paid for the boiler for 2 days and the water was perfect! It rained at night but just as we paid for it, it felt warm. You have a lot of things nearby, super, Oxxo. The parking area is very large. The lady who receives you is very nice and explains everything. 10/10 I will definitely return!

The house is spacious as shown in the pictures. It has many utensils in the kitchen, worthwhile details such as impeccable towels, tidy and abundant furniture in the bedrooms, all with closets, hooks, drawers for unpacking. Much more comfortable than another Airbnb we've visited. Something to highlight is that the pool was always kept at a very good temperature, which meant that we could enjoy it even though we had very bad weather and rain, the children were happy. Great attention from the hosts, we had an electrical issue and they solved it very quickly and without any problems. Some maintenance details but nothing serious.

The stay was wonderful. We stayed more than two days. The weather was cloudy and rainy. The pool water was delicious all the time. The jacuzzi was phenomenal. The house is more beautiful than in the photos, super comfortable and beautiful. And although we had hours of rain, the house is wonderful to enjoy the interior. We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. Very cozy and perfect for resting, the host is very attentive, you feel at home and there is a place a few meters ahead where you can find food with very good flavor, 100% recommended

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

The apartment is an excellent option for spending several days with family and/or friends. Christian was always very flexible and was attentive to our stay. The subdivision is luxurious and you can do any activity safely. For those who like to swim, the pool is very large and has everything you need to spend a whole day in it. In general, we liked it a lot and we plan to return soon.
