Waterfront holiday rentals in Alpine Shire

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in the Alpines! The property was spotless, with clean bathrooms and well-maintained amenities. The pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. The kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One particularly helpful feature was the Tesla charger, which made traveling with our electric car incredibly convenient. The only downside was that the internet wasn’t working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. However, everything else about the house more than made up for it. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to coming back in the future!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Sam was incredibly friendly and met us on arrival. Our unit was newly renovated and was beautiful. Very clean, quiet, very comfortable beds, amazing bathroom. Parking out the front. Walking distance to the shops and scenic walks. Sam gave us a map also.

Location is superb, just a few steps from the beautiful Ovens River and the lovely Canyon Walk. Marco and Sam were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The unit is small but well organised and very comfortable. There was very little noise from our neighbours. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable few days in Bright.

A gorgeous property in the most serene gardens. Very quiet location , yet brilliantly located to Harrietville township and easy access to walking trails. The cottage was warm and cosy on one of the coldest weekends at this time of year. Very comfortable and everything we needed. Recommended!!

One of the best stays we've been to. The home is beautiful and is in a great location. Close to Bright and close to all the good cafes in Porepunkah. And the amenities are fantastic! Would highly recommend this stay to anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful holiday with family.

During our recent stay at the Millblend House we felt like it was home away from home for our family of 6 adults and 2 furry grandkids. It was very neat and tidy with everything in the house needed for our stay. Some of us enjoyed reading the books at the house  and the fireplace provided perfect ambience while we played trivia and other games in the evenings!   The outdoor area to sit back, watch the autumn leaves falling was so relaxing and serene while the furry grandkids enjoyed being in the nature with us. It was really fulfilling experience for our family. The welcome chocolate hamper provided such a sweet feeling!  The house is conveniently located within minutes of proximity to Bright where we spent the days exploring. Our whole family loved staying there and we look forward to going back to this house when we visit Bright again. 

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Lucy’s - the location is an absolute dream, having a private river bank. We loved spending time there! Such a perfect location with the pub and great cafes nearby. The house is so comfortable, very spacious and we cooked beautiful meals in the large kitchen, as well as using the outside bbq. We highly recommend a stay here and can’t wait to return in the summer!
