Is situated in easy walking distance to the Porepunkah pub , Rail Trail cafe ,bike tracks, swimming hole and river walks., half an hours drive see’s you on top of Mount Buffalo, 5 minutes to Bright and Mistic Mountain bike park, 10 minutes to Wandilagong. We are situated in a quiet street, but are in a perfection location for all seasonal activities be it hot or cold. 2 split A/C , one in each room for perfect all round temperatures. Dog friendly

Green Gables is a peaceful cottage situated in lush gardens on the banks of the Ovens River in Bright. The Murray to Mountains Rail Trail is right on our doorstep and we are also directly behind the Bright golf course- so pack your clubs! From Green Gables, it is an easy walk, ride or drive into the township of Bright with its boutique shops and eateries, regular festivals and of course beautiful European style landscape all nestled in the foothills of the Victorian Alps.

Private retreat home, very quiet & serene with views of Mt Buffalo, Mt Porepunkah hills and Mt Hotham. Only a 700 metre walk from the Porepunkah pub, rail trail cafe, the stylish Punka Pantry, Roadhouse Take Away store/petrol station, and the Ovens river. A very private location with a solar heated 9m x 4m inground pool - seasonal use (spring/summer/early autumn). Olympic size in-ground trampoline. Very close to the Bright Golf Course and bike rail trail.
