It has extraordinary views over: the Vega de Granada; Sierra Nevada; the Sierra de Alhama; and the Dehesa Baja (owned by the Duke of Wellington). If consumption is higher, it will be charged separately. People other than guests are prohibited from entering the house, as are parties and noise that bother the neighbors.
