Great host and place to stay, very good option for those needing a quiet apartment with a bus ride away from the center. Nearby there are parks, a botanical garden, the Bolshaya Almatinka River, a huge shopping center Mega in an 8-minute walk. The apartment is very clean and even more spacious than it seems in the photos. Olesya prepares everything for her guests, so the apartment was clean and I was able to find all the necessary things for life, especially a great set of dishes for cooking. I recommend it!

Marzhan is excellent host, very quick in responding, very helpful & supportive, apartment is good with all modern facilities in good locality, one of the best place to live for tourist in Almaty, can easily get Taxi / Yndx from the place, Marzhan also guided us for the site seeing places & picked our phone early morning which was very helpful, also she allowed early check in without any extra cost. Truly value for money.

Our trip to Almaty was made easy by staying in this cozy home away from home. The property is located in a nice, clean part of the city and we could easily walk to most of the city's attractions. It is conveniently located next to several restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. We enjoyed staying in this property and the Host Zarina made it easy to find, check in and check out while being communicative and responsive to my messages.

The apartment is very spacious and bright! Cleanliness is not perfect and the sink in the bathroom sink didn't really bother us. Neighbors didn't bother, it was quiet. The view is cool not only about the city, but also of the mountains!

Daniyar was a great person , he waited for us hours just to check-us-in too early .. The house was bigger than the pictures , clean and cozy , beautiful apple trees in the back yard , I strongly recommend it , also thanks to Daniyar’s mama she helped us a little with the cleaning , such a great family 🤍🤍🤍

Healthy breakfast, clean and comfortable beds, warm hospitality and very accommodating to our needs. Thank you Murat for your time in sharing an enjoyable walk in your neighbourhood of fresh air and pristine rivers. The use of the washing machine, the walk with a local are much appreciated. Thank your Dinar for the delicious breakfasts every morning. We also like the restaurants across the river. The google map will show a longer route but there is a bridge you can take to cross the river to make it a much shorter route if you prefer to walk. Staying in Nurlytau is a good break from the city.
