An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

Since I made the availability inquiry, Guillermo has been kind to me and has looked for a way to meet my requirements. In the middle, I blocked the availability as I had the opportunity to extend the stay, but in the end it didn't happen. The PH is very spacious, it's like, it's quiet and the patio gives you the air and tranquility that you need after a day of comings and goings. I'll definitely repeat when I return to Buenos Aires.

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Sherine’s place is amazing. A beautiful place to explore a very cool neighbourhood. Everything was exactly as described and Sherine is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered on Airbnb - she was responsive, friendly and accommodating to all of our requests. An artistic dream home! The space has a warmth and comfort that inspires creativity and peace. The architectural design is unique and flows well, with high ceilings and angular richness, that creates an expansive feel - pictures don't do justice! Kitchen was great for cooking daily meals, the living area for chilling and playing music, the desk area/office nook upstairs was perfect for working, and the bedroom and bed were super comfortable. The top deck is huge and filled with plants (as is the inside!)...creates a vibrant living green feeling. Having the second bathroom downstairs just adds to how livable this space is. Now, for the art - THE ART! Pablo is a brilliant artist, and his pieces are throughout the space. It feels like a living gallery, which just adds to the aura. And the best part, Dolores & Pablo both are incredibly kind souls. I spent a month here, and have stayed in 100 airbnbs over the years, and this is definitely one of the best for living well. Thanks!

Everything was great. For 3 adults, we slept comfortably, a good double bed and also the sofa, with a garage for a medium-sized car, easy to access and essential for those who need it.

In summary but very own words, a super comfortable place, nice, clean, tidy, with access to services, restaurants, safe area, HIGHLY FRIENDLY HOST, they went to leave the keys where we were and they explained EVERYTHING we needed, flexible on the way out. A very spacious and beautifully furnished apartment in Buenos Aires. You can reach any place pretty quickly by public transport, for which the host has already provided the plans! Very round stay!

A small, very comfortable studio apartment. Impeccable, bright and with everything you need. The hosts are charming, always attentive, and respond immediately. My arrival was complicated and they did everything to help me solve the problem, with a lot of willingness and kindness. Unbeatable area. There are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and there is also the subway two blocks away and transport everywhere. But the block is quiet and the apartment, which faces the back, is very quiet. I will go back, no question.

An excellent place with the amenities indicated, easy to access, close to several places, I had a great time without any major setbacks. I'm sure when I get back, I can take it again.

Ideal apartment. Excellent location, with bus stop and subway nearby, places to eat, fairs, etc and in turn quiet. There are supermarkets nearby and a 24hs kiosk on the corner. The apartment itself is very nice clean and cared for, with a kitchen with just the right and necessary for a pleasant stay. Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Please note that there are 4 floors without a lift, which makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.
