This 55 m² detached house includes an equipped kitchen and a wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a shower room. Enjoy the garden with barbecue and space for a tent. You will also find a dishwasher and a coffee machine + a water boiler. The living room has basic yet comfortable furniture. The gite includes a private entrance and a garden. The swimming pool and terrain are shared with other guests. The property is not baby/child proof.

You will love this peaceful and central studio, about a ten-minute walk to the city center of Puy en Velay. It's a little slice of tranquility with stunning views of all the historic monuments.
