Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

The apartment consists of a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and induction cooktop, a double bedroom, and a large bathroom complete with shower and hairdryer. A sofa bed can also be used. The apartment is covered by free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a fireplace and air conditioning.

There are also small restaurants, bars and pizzerias. Perfect for all times of the year.
