Each double room has a king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm - US Queen size). The single beds are 90x200cm. All rooms have built-in wardrobes and access to 2 terraces with garden furniture and views of the Alhambra. Three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with a whirlpool bath, and one bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has central air conditioning (cooling/heating), double glazing and underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment by lift. Upon entering the apartment, on the right, you will find the main terrace with a private pool that can be used all year round (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: a table, chairs, an umbrella and 2 sun loungers - a perfect place for a refreshing swim, sunbathing and enjoying the views.

Eighteenth-century apartment, completely renovated, we want you to feel at home by offering all the luxury of details, terrace with unbeatable views of the Alhambra, Alhambra forest and Darro River, it has a living room-kitchen with an area to work, sofa and balcony with direct views of the Alhambra, the kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary utensils to have a perfect stay, in it we can find the necessary condiments to cook, the practical and spacious master bedroom with an area to work, double bed of 140 x 200 and roofed terrace with views of the Alhambra and the Darro River, youth bedroom with bunk beds 90 x 200. The bathroom is equipped with a raining effect shower set, with dry radiator and with everything needed to make an ideal stay. The common areas in the building are the stairs up to the first floor, where you can access the apartment. We have a sofa bed measures 140 x 200, in case any guest is not a couple or family and they want to sleep in independent beds, they have to warn them to prepare the sofa bed clothes with an additional price of €15. If you do not notify and you are already staying and want to use the sofa bed, you will have an extra supplement of 22€ since you have to move to the apartment, total €37.
