Amazing spot with a beautiful location right on Lake Superior. The lake and beach views were incredible, and each day brought different weather which made it even more special. Great birdwatching as we saw ducks, flickers, wood peckers, bald eagles, shorebirds, mergansers, bandits of juncos and countless more. Beachcombing was peaceful, and watching migratory birds land was unforgettable. The cabin felt really grounding. It was quiet and serene but still close enough to Sault Ste. Marie and White River for day trips. The host was friendly and super helpful with hiking and sightseeing tips. It was cold in mid-spring, but honestly, that added to the beauty. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic place to stop while driving across the country. Terry and Sandy were very kind and responsive hosts. Cabin is located across the road from a beautiful stone beach.

Absolutely great hosts with an amazing property!!! Really close to Batchawana Bay, Pancake Bay Provincial Park. Easy to get to Lake Superior Provincial park. The cottage was amazing. The kitchen is tiny but has everything you could need. The furry friends at the property are super friendly. Terry and Sandy are very communicative and quick to respond. Once you stay betcha wanna stay again.

I stayed here for 12-days while working in the Searchmont Area. Alannah was very welcoming and one of the best hosts I've had. The home was beautiful, had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom and bedrooms. Alannah was great at communicating and very responsive. The home is located right across from the water and had a great access to Lake Superior. Large and easily accessible driveway. I was able to fit two trucks and a large bucket truck in the driveway with ease. The only cons are no Wifi, and the Roku TV only worked with DVDs. Alannah did provide a great assortment of DVDs. In conclusion, Alannah was a great host, property was exactly what we needed, and it was very clean. I will definitely be staying here again in the future while working in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay, the view and the hosts left out lots of little extras like breakfast for the first morning, coffee, tea, eggs, milk, as well as a little for the evening like wine, beer and homemade brownies, so delicious! They were also very responsive Will definitely recommend them to others and come back

Really enjoyed our stay at Paulina’s. Very close to where we wanted to be. The place was very clean and cozy. It had all the necessities that you would need. It snowed a ton the first night we were there, and someone was there early plowing the driveway. Would stay there again

Lisa and Mike were absolutely great. They treated my coworker and I like family. They are absolutely people persons had some great conversations, and Lisa even made us some freshly baked cupcakes that were absolutely delicious. I recommended there airbnb to all of my coworkers and I would absolutely stay there again.

We stayed at the Rookery while visiting family in the area. The cabin is located on a beautiful stretch of water and you can hear the waves from the bedroom when it’s windy. It is cosy, very clean, charming and well appointed. Janet left us a thoughtful basket of delightful treats! Even more of a treat was the view from the porch. It was the perfect spot to unwind. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was like walking into the home of someone who was just away for a few days and let you use their home in their absence. We loved the pictures, knick knacks and the like. The well stocked cupboards made us feel welcome. We did enjoy the birds at the bird feeder. Also, it was so quiet and peaceful. The river is in the backyard. We walked to the boat launch which was two houses over and then walked along the river. Everything was nice and clean and comfortable. We have been through Iron Bridge hundreds of times and never been off the main road, we were thrilled to find this hidden gem. We wished that we could stay longer. Best homeshare we ever experienced. It was amazing.

This Place was definitely one of my favorite places to stay. Very peaceful, all you hear is nature and the and view of the water, you just can't beat it. Very nice people to deal with i will for sure be back!Thanks

We enjoyed our stay. Very neat and clean. A home away from home. It was very quiet and we especially enjoyed the back porch in the mornings and evenings.

My husband came to Sault St Marie for work and stayed here. He really liked the location and building. The suite was clean, quiet and comfortable. My husband's work schedule had changed while he was there, and Sarah was very accommodating with the check in and check out and moving him to an available suite in the same building so he could stay in town for work. Would definitely stay here again!
