A lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. Esther and Pascal were incredibly attentive at Check In - were there if we needed them (although we didn't) friendly, helpful and made us feel really welcome. The roof terrace was large and had beautiful views, the kitchen was well equipped, spotlessly clean and the living/dining area was very spacious and comfortable. A superb shower in the bathroom. A little noisy from the road but then this is understandable being the right side to get to the beach. Location is good for walking to the port otherwise a car is needed but there is generous car parking and the block is gated so felt safe.

My stay here was amazing! The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance: great restaurants and bars, the beach, and beautiful flower gardens. The apartment itself was fantastic and easy to access. It had a modern kitchen, which was great for cooking, and was stocked with plenty of supplies — basically everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent — quick and clear responses every time. The people in the building were very friendly, and it was super quiet at night, which was nice. Overall, it was a great experience, and if you're planning to stay in Estepona, I would definitely recommend this apartment!

We had the pleasure of staying at Pascal's apartment for a week recently. Our family of six truly enjoyed our time there. The apartment has everything we needed, and everything worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. The apartment’s private, lawn area leads directly to the beach. The apartment is spread over three levels, and there is a parking garage beneath it. The location is excellent: there are grocery stores nearby, and it's a short drive to Marbella and Estepona. A car is recommended. If you enjoy running or walking, there is a long, paved coastal path that starts right in front of the apartment, stretching several kilometers toward Estepona. The apartment is so wonderful that we would come back anytime. We highly recommend it to everyone. It is also perfect for families.

I want to tell you how amazing an experience I had in Estela's house and with Estela myself. The place is just as pictured. But Estela is even more amazing. She responds incredibly quickly, is incredibly sweet and helpful. She made sure to check on us if we were comfortable and if we needed anything, and then she even brought a football and sunscreen that we needed. She was world class. The place is one of the best I've tried. Simply a great experience with Estela's😍 huge recommendation from here!!

had a great stay. we especially loved the spacious rooftop and plunge pool. the location is amazing, very quiet and peaceful but with puerto banus being very close by. would definitely recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed staying at Safia‘s flat! It was very cosy and clean, and Safia is a great host!

The apartment was even better than we expected, the photos perfectly matched the reality, the reality was even better. The apartment is very clean and well-kept, found everything you need to live there, it was like home. The dishes were intact and there was enough quality, the dishwasher is in use. The linens were good and easy to wash, and we found a tumble dryer. Miriam is very friendly and, if we had a problem, the help came quickly. The yard is fenced, well-maintained, and has two pools and sun loungers. Bus stops are less than a ten minute walk away and buses to both Marbella and Fuengirola run about every half hour. There are three different types of large grocery stores about a kilometer away, in one direction Lidl and Mercadona side by side, and Carrefour in the other, with other shops and many restaurants and cafes nearby.

The apartment was very beautiful. You could find everything you needed there, and a little more. Wonderfully peaceful and quiet area. Wout and Fleur were very friendly and flexible with check-in as well. Definitely a vacation spot worth the price

Quiet area, attentive , friendly ,good parking ,the cozy house,with everything you need ,well cared for, we arrived late for work and very attentive during the trip and on arrival Thank you Juan Ramón and Cristina 100% recommended We will be back!
