At the foot of the Andalusian Sierra, in the middle of nature, access by a forest path. La Casita I and the smallest!! Simple, comfortable, independent, are sleeping area and hanging a dining area, equipped kitchen, bathroom, closed and private terrace under the olive trees. Located at the entrance of the Finca, completely redone and renovated, we have created a small, warm, rustic, well insulated and comfortable house (swimming pool shared with Casita 2, open all year).

Eco-Finca Utopia

My brand new eco-house is located in a small valley surrounded by untouched nature very close to the nature park near Grazalema and with many hiking trails all around and near the Embalse de Zahara. During construction, we used natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via a solar system. On the 3.5 hectares of land there are mainly olive trees and from the top you have a beautiful view of the Sierra de Grazalema.
