Lobeira - Centenary country house and gardens

In Alentejo´s golden fields we find Lobeira, a century-old cottage surrounded by trees, patio, swimming pool and next to a lovely river beach. The original features of the construction in mud, stone and wood were kept, favoring the use of natural materials and local handmade techniques while adding all the necessary amenities to provide a perfect stay. 3 houses, totally independent of each other. Master bedroom, open space living room/kitchen, fireplace, double sofa-bed, in/outdoor dining area.

Old mill

Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Monte do Pinheiro da Chave

Pequena casa rústica alentejana, recuperada, com o conforto essencial para desfrutar da tranquilidade do campo, mas também próxima da imensidão do mar. Espaço privado, vedado, com 2 moradias próximas, do proprietário, com reduzido movimento e absoluta descrição. Dispõe de churrasqueira e espaço coberto para refeições ao ar livre. Acessos: a 2,5 km da aldeia de Melides, onde se podem adquirir todos os bens de consumo necessários no Mercado e Minimercados, e também lojas, cafés e restaurantes.

Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. The panorama is varied and changes constantly under the influence of the sun, clouds and water. You look out over the Atlantic Ocean, the Tróia peninsula - with a sandy beach as far as the eye can see - the Fort of São Filipe, the mouth of the Sado river and the city of Setúbal.

A Casita da Piscina é um refúgio rústico, numa zona sossegada, próxima da paisagem maravilhosa da Costa Vicentina recheada com praias lindas. A Casita tem um quarto pequeno com WC e duche e uma sala com um sofá com kitchenette totalmente equipada. No exterior existe uma área privada com barbecue e uma piscina(partilhada). Uma casa simples cuja arquitetura procurou afirmar-se num contexto secular pelo seu carácter contemporâneo, estabelecendo não apenas uma relação geométrica com a envolvente mas também uma relação cromática. O resultado foi um espaço surpreendente e acolhedor.
