We had a wonderful stay at Bruno’s apartment! Communication was seamless — Bruno was responsive, friendly, and made everything easy. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. The location is perfect: quiet, central, and close to everything you might need. Just a heads-up for fellow travelers: the beds are closer in size to what would be considered a “twin” in North America. They're a bit tight for two adults, especially if you're on the taller or broader side. Thankfully, there were two bedrooms with separate beds, which worked great for us. The shower is also on the smaller side, so if you're over 1.80 m (around 5’11”), it might feel a bit snug — though that’s more about our size than the apartment itself. All in all, it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again. Thanks so much, Bruno!

Wow!! What a gorgeous house, so peaceful, beautifully and tastefully decorated. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. The back garden and surrounding town is stunning. Thank you Anabela, your hosting, thoughtful gifts and quick communication made our first night in Portugal a highlight. Wish we had stayed longer, will definitely return if we come back to Portugal!

Apartment 2 steps from the seaside, bars, restaurants, not far from the funicular that drops you off on the heights of the north beach (surf). Ideally located rental. Of course, we recommend this accommodation designed on 2 levels, 👍🏼

We had a great stay in extremely comfortable surroundings. Clean, spacious, well equipped. Fabulous swimming pool! Exiting the property a bit hazardous by car. The property is on a very busy main road and is a lorry route, you need two people to exit, one in the street as traffic flies by! A mirror situated so that you can see what is coming would be extremely helpful. The road is noisy but did not penetrate the house too much. Most shops, restaurants, etc are a short drive away. There is nowhere close enough on foot. Beds are comfortable but bed linen and towels are a little old and tired, they could do with replacing. Contacting the host during the week was problematical. Phone rings 3 times then changes to engaged tone. On one occasion all the electricity cut out, fortunately we were able to find the trip switches. We were aware that in an emergency we could not make immediate contact, a bit worrying. A minor point but as a party of 7, two sets of keys would have been helpful.

It's a perfect place! I highly recommend it if you want to spend quiet days close to many tourist places. The house is beautiful and is very well organized. There is parking right in front and having access to the pool is ideal for a good vacation. Accommodation is 10/10

Antje’s Airbnb is just a dream! We are three friends who went for the second time and fell in love with the house all over again. Just an hour away from Lisbon Airport, it's easy to reach and yet feels remote and completely private. The pool is absolutely amazing – we spent most days sunbathing there, having lunch under the pergola outside, and chilling in the comfortable living room in the evening. A paradise to unwind and fully relax. Antje is an amazing host, and we want to come back ASAP!

Jane was a terrific person to deal with as we planned our return visit to Foz for our anniversary. Very quick to respond to our queries and offer up suggestions for our trip. Very hands on about the booking, even though she doesn’t live in the local area. Thanks Jane!!

Today, as we left, our thought was instantaneous: we have to see if we can stay longer. The stay was 5 stars, comfort, peace, beauty, everything impeccable, clean and tidy. It was fantastic to be able to take our dog and she walked outdoors but was always protected. We will definitely return, we fell in love with the place, it has everything you need for a few days of "relaxation". And Mr. Andrey was always very friendly and always helped us from the moment we arrived. Thank you! P.S. - The pool is also simply amazing.

We were very satisfied, especially the great garden and billiards room were great. The house is in a very quiet area, you could listen to the birds chirping. Overall a very spacious place to stay, we were satisfied.

The house is in excellent condition, all clean, tidy and renovated. It's a great option for a quiet weekend, with a clean pool and a calm atmosphere. The host was attentive and responded quickly whenever we needed. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful and cozy place surrounded by a private swimming pool, outside kitchen (bbq, pizza oven, etc.), small farm with animals and nature. Perfectly located, close to highway and coast (Nazare). You can tell it’s curated with lots of love!

This is a magical place and we are very thankfull that we could make it our home for a long weekend. It was beautiful from the inside and the outside. With cosy corners to sit and read by yourself, or nice bigger tables to eat or chat with the whole group together. The pool, the view, it is even more breath taking then on the pictures. Emily and Gary have created a wonderful haven. We had a lovely stay. The space is so beautiful and well thought out. It’s definitely one of the nicest Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. It was lovely being able to see the sea and watch the sun go down over the pool. The pool is gorgeous, we didn’t use it much as it was very windy for a lot of our stay, but it was great on the hottest day we were there for. We found it extremely peaceful and relaxing which was just what we wanted as a stop off to chill for a bit between Lisbon and Porto.

Great location, with beautiful sea views and walking distance to the lagoon and the beach with the restaurants, great. The cottage is also well located for trips to Óbidos, Nazaré, and also Lisbon. Communication with Bruno was easy.

Beautiful location: great for walking locally, plenty of historic sites nearby, the coast is only a short drive away. The bungalow has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. Beautiful view from the lounge. Very friendly host.

We struggled a lot to find her apartment at first, I think providing photos of the building and street could be very helpful! I appreciated the photos for the lock box because that made it easier to find. Getting the door open to the building was very difficult, you have to jiggle the key up and down and push to get in. Once in her apartment things were wonderful! Very spacious, clean, and great location!

Had a lovely stay here. The home is cozy and right along the Great Wall that surrounds the city of Obidos. Home is just steps away from two of the finer restaurants in town and steps away from the wall entrance. Parking right in front of house was very nice, as most places did not offer this. Beds were comfortable, with lots of extra pillows & blankets. There was even a bottle of wine & fresh fruit waiting on the table for us. Lovely stay here!

Absolutely enjoyed staying here! Carey and Sanjay were extremely helpful and thoughtful hosts from giving us recommendations to making sure we felt comfortable in their place.
