Located 5 minutes from downtown Ixmiquilpan, this home is perfect for having fun and/or relaxing in its thermal waters at 5 minutes the closest, or the "El Tephé" Water Park at 15 min. and 20 minutes from Ecotourism parks such as the "EcoAlberto" or just 45 minutes from the Tolantongo Caves.

Dongü 1803, un vestigio viviente, en el Alto Mezquital. La región si bien es semidesértica, de terrenos arcillosos, con flora de matorrales, mezquite, huizache, pirul, capulines y arbustos espinosos como el Xaxni; cuenta con diversas especies de cactáceas, biznagas, órganos, garambullos, cardones y otras plantas. En cuanto a la fauna, existen roedores como conejos, liebres, ardillas, zorrillos, onzas, tlacuaches, tuzas, reptiles y variedad de aves.
