L'alloggio, situato nella zona collinare di Cefalù con vista mozzafiato sul borgo e la sua baia, è un posto tranquillo ed immerso nel verde. Dispone di un'ampia terrazza coperta da cui ammirare lo splendido panorama, sorseggiando un buon bicchiere di vino. Comprende un'ampia camera da letto, un rilassante salotto con vista su Cefalù ed accesso diretto alla terrazza, un bagno con comodo box doccia ed una cucina abitabile con caratteristico caminetto a legna. Interamente ristrutturata , seguendo un restauro conservativo anche nel recupero di arredi ed elementi di barche dismesse, utilizzati in maniera funzionale all’interno della casa.
