I was a bit nervous coming to this Airbnb because there were no reviews, but if you have the same concern, do not be worried! I have stayed in many Airbnbs, and it was easily one of the most beautiful homes I've had the pleasure of staying in. It was a 10 min walk to downtown Puerto Varas and close to grocery stores. The house was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the Wifi was super fast. I work remotely and had several video calls with no issues. Josefina always responded in minutes and was extremely communicative. We couldn't recommend it more and were sad to be leaving!

The truth is that the house is highly recommended, we were looking for a place that has all the comforts, a living room, a dining room (other than the table where you cook), a large kitchen, the house is in excellent condition, it has all the amenities, 2 bathrooms is the best, the comfortable pieces, the beds, 2 televisions, a washing machine, a dryer, we really feel at home. We were completely in love with the place. The view is spectacular, especially at sunrise, a true gift for the soul. The house is located in an exclusive condominium, very quiet, with few neighbors and controlled access, which provides a lot of security and privacy. The house was impeccably equipped and very well thermally insulated; despite the cold outside, inside we always felt warm and comfortable. Arturo, the host, had an excellent disposition. Although we coordinated everything remotely, he was always attentive and available. We had a small problem with the kitchen, and in just 15 minutes he managed to get someone to help us, a 7! We were able to walk down to the lake, and the view was simply wonderful. We went in search of rest, and we found it in full. In fact, we don't feel the need to leave the place. The cleanliness was also impeccable, all the spaces were perfectly tidy and clean. Definitely a place we hope to go back to.
