In the parish, there is a pharmacy, supermarkets, a gas station and a restaurant that belongs to the owner of the bungalow, where you can have lunch at an affordable price. 5 min. from the river and the chapel of S. João with pool and barbecue grill, benches and tables. 20 minutes away, you can enjoy the beach of Esposende and Cabedelo, 20 minutes from Barcelos and 40 minutes from Porto

Excelente para famílias com crianças. . Rodeado de campos verdes e bosques, tem também o Oceano Atlântico a cerca de 10 minutos, com praias fabulosas entre Esposende, Viana do castelo ou Moledo. A serra do Gerês a cerca de 40 minutos. A cidade de Braga a cerca de 30 km e Espanha a 35 km de distância.

The Wind Mill

Beautifully located in hills overlooking the Atlantic Ocean sits the Marinhas windmill. The windmill dates from the year 1758 and was built in the traditional northern Portuguese style with circular walls, two floors, an entrance on the grown floor and two windows on the upper floor. It is classified as a municipal heritage building. The mill is 130 meters above sea level thus providing a breathtaking view over the towns and ocean and a unique retreat for the more adventurous guest.

The cozy apartment you can see in the photos...is realy nice and super comfortable for 2 persons. Really safe neighborhood all around.
