Each double room has a king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm - US Queen size). The single beds are 90x200cm. The apartment has central air conditioning (cooling/heating), double glazing and underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment by lift. Upon entering the apartment, on the right, you will find the main terrace with a private pool that can be used all year round (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: a table, chairs, an umbrella and 2 sun loungers - a perfect place for a refreshing swim, sunbathing and enjoying the views.

The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.
