Very comfortable remodeled house

Excellent remodeled one-story house, equipped with everything you need to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Its location is perfect if you need to be close to the historic center, close to government offices, as well as the Judicial City. Close to hospitals such as Clínica del Centro, Palmore, and Christus Muguerza. The house has a very large bedroom with its bathroom, full kitchen, and a room with a sofa bed in case you want to have an additional guest at an additional cost.

There is a large garden with a barbecue. If you have a pet, it is welcome. It is located in a residential area with controlled access, 5 minutes from District 1 and the fashion mall, with fast roads that quickly connect with downtown, industrial areas and various points of interest. In winter, 3 gas heaters are provided.
