CASA DE L'ARTISTA - CAN ROCA is a beautiful and charming house located in the heart of the historic center of ALCÚDIA and less than 1 km from the beach of PORT D'ALCUDIA, the longest in Mallorca. This historic house dating back to the beginning of the century, with an area of 180 m2, is located in one of the most charming streets within the walls of the old town of Alcúdia, Carrer de la Roca 13. ALCUDIA. All additional expenses such as Ecotax, electricity, etc. are included in the price.

Electricity will be charged with 0.32Euros/Kwh, each person over 16 years has to pay a local tax of 1.10Euros/per night (low season) o 2.20Euros/per night (high season) - tourist tax.

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

The villa is located on the edge of the s’ Albufereta Nature Reserve, a jewel of nature for its landscape and ornithological and botanical values. Consists of 4 bedrooms spread over ground floor and first floor, 3 bathrooms, hallway,living room,kitchen,laundry plus garden terrace with pool. It is advisable to have a vehicle. The pool is closed,making the garden a safe area for children. Located a few kilometers from the villages of Alcudia and Pollença,as well as its beaches.

Excellent place for cycling routes, tracking or golf (Golf Park Mallorca Puntiro) and of course, visit our beautiful and warm beaches

Our Clavells apartment is located on the second sea line, just 100 meters from the beach. It has a very large terrace with partial sea and beach views, which make this apartment unique. The Clavells apartment is fully renovated with parquet floors, fully furnished and equipped for your enjoyment and that of your family. Our apartment is located on the second floor of the 'Clavells' building. We do not have an elevator.
