Beach house holiday rentals in Alcobaça

This is a beautiful and quiet place. The house was spacious and comfortable and I could feel the host's touches everywhere. Above all, during a large power outage, Lydia said that she was worried about our safety and came to us. Even though we couldn't meet because we were out and about, that alone was a great comfort for us who were embarrassed. Thanks to you, I had a good stay.

Clean, spacious place, close to the ocean

A great little house right by the beach. Hosts were very helpful and friendly and owned a delicious restaurant next door so hardly needed to use the well equipped kitchen!

Very nice house, very well furnished and decorated. Ideal location for discovering the beautiful area. Great welcome from Angela, full of advice, responsive and available. The cat Lily adopted us and spoiled us with hugs and purrs... A nice place.

Super clean house, very responsive host and all around very positive experience. Both our surf school and the beach were less than a 10 minute walk away which was perfect!

I cannot recommend Flor’s home enough and wish we could have stayed longer! Flor was incredible gracious as a host and very easy to get ahold of with any questions. Our trip plans unfortunately changed last minute, and Flor was so kind and accommodating to allow us to change our booking so close to the date. The location is beautiful, in a seaside town with beach access only a 5 minute drive and an incredible restaurant within walking distance. The balcony is truly a perfect place to relax and catch the sunset, and there is plenty of room for families or two couples traveling. We will absolutely be back!

Great location near the lagoon, this quaint Portuguese home with a beautiful private yard/pool is perfect for a family vacation or just a romantic getaway. Carlos was responsive through the whole process and made us feel right at home. We will definitely return.

Had such a lovely week in Nazaré. Rachelle was such a great host - we were delayed due to flight delays on arrival and she waited until 1:30am to say hi to us and show us around. She was very responsive with replies and we locked our key in the house and she dropped one off straight away! The house was really clean and had lots of cooking amenities. We opted to have the pool heated for the extra €120 and I woukd definitely recommend this as it was really warm! The property is a little bit far outside of nazare centre, so you really need to get taxis to and from town but we used Ubers a lot which were only €4 each way. We surfed most days at Praia des pareses which is a lovely beach with great waves. Overall a lovely trip. Would recommend. Only minor issue was having to be quiet after 10pm and not use the pool after this time so if you are wanting a more party week then I’d probably look at other options. For us this was fine though :) Thanks Rachelle!

Our stay was very pleasant. Upon arrival, we found the house perfectly prepared and clean. The access instructions were clear and easy to follow. It is an ideal house for groups, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable experience.

Nice little apartment with great communal pool and terrace

Very large house with private pool and really huge roof terrace. There were only two of us here, there are beds for 6 people and 2 bathrooms. There is a garage for the car, also enough parking space in front of the house. For surfing: only 10 minutes by car to Baleal and Supertubos is even closer. Thanks to Celia for the wonderful time!

Very nice place, quiet area. Very comfortable house, spacious with beautiful decoration. Takeaway a one minute walk away. Close to shops and beach. I enjoyed the mix of traditions, authenticity, and modernity. Excellent typical and inexpensive restaurants to discover. I recommend this house.

A very friendly and thoughtful hostess, she gives you sweets on arrival. Quickly resolve any questions or issues. Well located accommodation. Very close to everything you can visit. Apartment with lots of light. Parking at the door itself. Close to the port. Highly recommended place.

Such a lovely house in a perfect location - we loved it!

The entry process to the accommodation was delayed longer than expected. The rest overall went well, spacious living room and attached kitchen very comfortable, as was the beds. The wifi worked very well and with 3 bathrooms in the house everything was more practical when the group is large. The garage is small and hardly fits a compact car.

We'll be back there again!

Lovely place to stay with plenty of room and fantastic sea view from the kitchen and the living room! The host was very helpful, welcoming and always responsive! The space was very clean and everything was in good working condition! Very grateful for the opportunity to stay at the Wave House and would very much love to stay there again when we are in Peniche!

Stayed at Catarina’s home for a week, felt right at home and loved every minute. Lots to do, beach is less than a minute walk from the front door, and the house is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Catarina was very friendly and helpful - would love to come back and would highly recommend !
