Villa Ancora is a newly built, family run, located at 200 mt from the beautiful beach of San Vito Lo Capo, in a quiet area. There're two double rooms with all comforts (private bathroom,mini-fridge TV, air conditioning), kitchen and terrace. We have parking. It is located 5 km from the Temple of Segesta and 15 km from the beaches of Castellammare del Golfo and Lo Zingaro. Just 45 km away, you can visit the beautiful salt pans of Marsala and the town of Erice. Palermo and Trapani Airports are approximately 35 km away.

"I MORI" room is located inside a private house, "Casa Zyz rooms and suites", consisting of a reception, 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms ("La Pigna", "I Mori" and " La Trinacria") and a common room where an excellent breakfast will be served. All rooms are finely furnished and with attention to the smallest details. The large "I Mori" room has wooden beams and exposed ancient rock, and a large shower with chromotherapy. It overlooks a quiet and characteristic internal courtyard

The room with private bathroom is located inside an elegant, recently renovated apartment with a separate entrance. Inside the room you will find everything you need for breakfast. The room is equipped with all amenities, a balcony facing the main facade, Wi-Fi, a 32-inch LED TV, a minibar, a coffee machine with capsules, an electric kettle, a bed with slats and a memory mattress and pillows, and a large shower. The room is completely independent from the rest of the apartment.

You can easily reach the cableway to Erice and the harbor to embark towards the Egadi islands, accessible by public transport but I will also be happy to drive you. I live in the most lively and popular part of the historical centre of Palermo, exactly at the beginning of the famous Ballartò Market, in a large flat with a fumoir with oriental decorations from the early decades of the 20th century. It is not a B&B, nor a hotel, it is a real house where I live and where I welcome my guests like old friends with whom I share a love for art, travel and the diversity of cultures.
