Refúgio da Estrela

The Refúgio da Estrela country house is located in the village of Aguincho, a place in the parish of Alvoco da Serra, municipality of Seia. It is located in the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, halfway between Seia and Covilhã on the N231 road and about 30 minutes from the top of the mountain. As a family heirloom, whose first restoration dates back to 1932, full of memories and affections, its original characteristics have been carefully maintained, combining the rustic and humility of the place with comfort.

Relax, explore and unwind in this large, cosy apartment on our organic farm, in the foothills of the Serra da Gardunha mountains. Spend the day kayaking, walking or cycling in the mountains, enjoying the largest spa in Portugal (20 mins), & exploring historic villages and cities, then come home to relax in a hammock in the orchard, soak up views from the bath, or chillout to vintage vinyl. We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

Pera da Serra - Rural Tourism | house A - T1

One-bedroom apartment with open-plan living room and kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed (for children), bathroom, and private terrace with barbecue. The jacuzzi is open seasonally from June to September. The property features 5 units of various types; the swimming pool (unheated) and the garden are shared among all guests. The only noises you'll hear will be those of nature and the animals that can usually be spotted on the path closest to the property.

The house is located in the Mondego River Valley on walking distance of a beautifull isolated riverbeach. A great place to get away from the stressed world. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

Our Chalet is located on a 3-hectare fenced farm, located within the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. A calm and tranquil place where you can enjoy nature and observe the local fauna, through walks through the pine forest, or choose to follow the stream to its source. You can also relax in our pool. Ideal for relaxing with family or friends. We accept all animals. The farm, Chalet, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the guests.

Sozen Mill - Watermill in Figueiró dos Vinhos

Sozen Mill is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and breathe fresh air in a unique atmosphere. With a stream that flows into the Zêzere River and small crystalline waterfalls, it is a setting of unparalleled natural beauty. This property consists of 2 independent bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a combination kitchen and living room. The rooms have no connection to the interior of the house. It's a place to connect with nature.

Pula Xitaca

The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty. It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).

Quinta das Sesmarias

Quinta das Sesmarias is located on the urban outskirts of Vila de Alcains, a 3.5-hectare property that maintains the rural characteristics of the early 20th century. The first construction dates back to 1928 and was recovered in 2002 in the form of a villa. Visitors' rest and well-being are ensured by a peaceful environment in contact with nature.

Casa medieval, de origem judaica (pensa-se que pode ter origem nos judeus sefarditas que foram expulsos de Espanha em 1492 pelos Reis Católicos), inteiramente recuperada conservando por inteiro toda a sua originalidade. Apenas foi incorporada a inevitável modernidade mas nunca entrando em conflito com a sua arquitectura tradicional.

The Haystack

Panoramic View and Jacuzzi Palheiro is located in the village of Sobral Fernando and is a house dating back to 1936, all of which is built in schist stone. Recently restored, it offers a modern, welcoming environment while preserving the traces of times past. It has a Jacuzzi with water that can be heated on the panoramic balcony.

Bela Vista Alqueve - House with private pool

A renovated stone cottage with stunning views and sunsets. The pool is private and only for guests. Located in the mountain village of Alqueve. The pool is seasonal, unheated and covered from the end of October until the end of March.
