Chalet within the Serra dos Rios Farm, owned by the family of the Baron of Alfenas. Specialty coffee production property in Albertina, in the south of Minas Gerais. The property has centuries-old buildings as the headquarters that was built in 1875. The Chalet is next to two terreiros, a tulha, a weir and several water mines. It is close to the cities of Espírito Santo do Pinhal, Andradas and Jacutinga. The region has tourist attractions such as the Christ the Redeemer, free flight, trails and waterfalls and others.
