When in Corvallis the place to be is downtown and this rental is perfectly situated. Easy walk to anything and well connected to the University and the rivers and the parks and walking trails. Easy drive to the forest as well if getting to the woods is your thing. Very comfortable and friendly sunlit place that makes for a very quiet and relaxing stay.

Very clean, comfortable place. We walked to dinner and breakfast . Courtney was an awesome host.

Made us feel welcome. Especially on 4th of July. We did not have swim wear and they provided and invited us into an area not included in the rental to swim in there private hot tub. Was great.

We came for parents weekend at OSU and loved staying here. Looking out at the hazelnut trees was so beautiful and watching the sunset from the loft was just amazing. It is so peaceful and the grounds are beautiful. The homemade cookies and chocolate covered hazelnuts were wonderful. We look forward to staying here again. It is ~20 minutes from campus but beats anything in Corvallis

The location is par excellence! Nice cozy apartment with everything you need. We were here for an entire month and enjoyed the urban downtown Salem life ie walking to eat, shop and just get out for fresh air. I would not hesitate recommending this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Salem.

We enjoyed our stay, especially sitting on the deck in the morning & early evening. The bathroom was big & clean, the beds were comfy. This place was 10 min from downtown Corvallis & OSU, but felt like we were out in country. Lovely place-we would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Kristi’s place. It was very clean, and she provided everything we needed to be comfortable. The scenery is amazing! It’s away from the busy-ness of the city, but still within 15-20 minute driving distance of anything we needed. We had lots of fun with the board games, pool table, and arcade game! Kristi was always responsive, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Warm heater, hot bath, cozy bed. Ninas place was spotlessly clean and every amenitie necessary was provided for.

Great stay in a perfect location. We will be back!

We loved our stay here. What an amazing home, beautiful surroundings and so peaceful. We enjoyed the deer and quail visits, and happened to be there during a meteor shower and Northern lights. Couldn't have asked for a better location to enjoy the show. The town of Willamina is nearby and has some cute antique shops. The beach is only 45 mins away. This home is spacious, comfortable (10 ft ceilings, walk in shower, open floor plan), dog-friendly and has everything you need. Suzan is a wonderful host, very helpful if any questions arise.

Perfect space for a 2-day conference - simple check-in, centrally located, easy to walk downtown, plenty of parking, etc. Even though it was above McMenamins it was quiet (and handy to have a restaurant right downstairs). I love old buildings so it was really neat to see the inside of the space, I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Salem.

I really enjoyed the place, it was perfect for my weekend getaway to see family on short notice. It had all the amenities I could've possibly asked for, it was a great location in walking distance to restaurants and breweries, very peaceful despite being so near downtown. The host was kind and helpful and solid on communication, I felt welcome and right at home through the whole process. This is definitely somewhere I will stay again.

I've had the pleasure of staying at several locations around Corvallis. This one is top notch. Easy Parking and wonderful location. pictures matched. I'm so happy to have stayed here and hopefully I will be able to stay there in the future.

We had an amazing time, Cindy and Ben make us feel at home. Their attention to detail is a gift, I got a giggle out of the toilet paper insignia, and the coffee was amazing. The apartment was immaculate and every possible little extra you could think of, even including snacks, made you feel like you were a personal guest in their home. If you’re looking for a place to stay, you have found it you don’t need to be looking anywhere else. We will be coming back for sure.!

Jessica is an amazing host and this is the best getaway vacation spot. It was everything we hoped for and more! Cozy home that was well equipped for the weather and a spacious hot tub for the ultimate relaxation. The shower has limited space, but it got the job done and we really didn’t mind. I’m 5’9” and my boyfriend is 6’3” and we still were able to shower well. Would absolutely love to stay here again! Thank you Jessica for opening your home to allow guests, like ourselves, to make memories that will last a lifetime. Baylee and Zara were such a joy and an absolute treasure! Can’t wait for our next visit!

This is an ideal spot for visiting Corvallis- walkable and likeable. The surroundings are gorgeous and the apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Ellen was extremely friendly and helpful. She proactively communicated to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend the property and the hosts.
