Milford Shopping Centre has some of Auckland's top fashion shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Self drive ++ Off-street car parking. Easy access to motorway on/off ramps. My place is 5min walk to cafes, local shops/restaurant. 15min to beaches, cliff-top walks, parks, bus stop. You’ll love the outdoors space, location & character. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business. The cottage has a large bedroom/sitting area, ensuite/shower, small covered deck, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery, tea/coffee) and private garden. warm, quiet and convenient !

The living environment is quiet, the living details are complete, and the courtyard has different emotional appeal. The residential area is equipped with a swimming pool and gym for residents. It is located in a shopping mall and has everything you need. Public transportation is also very convenient. At the same time, it is not far from the seaside resort, which is especially suitable for couples and couples with children. it is equipped with a dedicated high chair for infants and toddlers.

Brand New Cosy Coatesville Cottage

Property is located 15 minutes from Albany set in a lovely rural area. Liquid Ambers embrace the driveway down to the cottage. Beautiful setting and views and lots of bird life. Peaceful and sunny aspect. High quality fixtures and furniture and very cosy. Double glazing along with heat pump for those colder months. Award winning Black Cottage Cafe is a five minute journey for brunch and the popular Hallertau Restaurant for craft beers and gourmet dinners that is great for large gatherings.

Albany 2 bedroom courtyard retreat

Our 2 bedroom unit was built in 2014 to create more space for our family, they have since left home and after spending several holidays here in New Zealand and overseas in Airbnb accommodation we decided share our home too. Our place is a private semi self contained home away from home with your own entrance, where we are only a phone call away should you need anything. Plus we provide you with cereal, milk, bread and spreads to help you get started in the morning.

Fully furnished studio unit with a modern bathroom and kitchenette. The studio has a separate entry, and is attached to our family home (we're a kiwi family with 3 young children). Clean, spacious and light. Unlimited ultra fast fibre wifi internet. Our home is surrounded by native forest (kauri, manuka, totara, rimu). Native birds like tui, kereru, piwakawaka and ruru frequently visit.

Fantail Inn a Place of Serenity

Stylish peaceful stand-alone studio, set away from main home. Native bush setting. If you're looking for a complete getaway and then Fantail is the studio for you. Please note before booking. We are unable to accept pet accommodation and children. Phone service is a bit hit and miss. Wifi is on an unsecured network as used in all public places.
