40-meter studio on a landscaped plot in the development, five minutes by car from the Campus de Espinardo. A quiet and bright space, where you can breathe fresh air, you can hear the birds you can hear the squirrels running. Separate entrance from a common plot, where the owners live. A single space, separate bathroom, kitchen, a large closet, a 135 cm double bed, a comfortable sofa and all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay.
