We had an amazing stay at the villa! The place was spotless, very well-organized, and exactly as described. Ibrahim was super helpful and patient — we asked him at least 10 questions and he answered every single one promptly and kindly. He even allowed us a late check-out. Everything was smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely book it again without hesitation!♥️

It was a super stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The place was nice and clean with all the amenities we were looking for. Peaceful community with shops, malls, beach all in close proximity. Abdul was super attentive and was very quick in response. All in all, highly satisfied stay, and we will definitely come back for a longer stay again.

Spent 3 days of holiday with my family in John's villa, which made this Eid very special. The place is located right in front of the swimming pool (there are 3 of them in the neighbourhood), very close to minimart and scooter rental spot, and around 10 minutes walk to the public beach. The villa equipped with all the basic needs in kitchen and bathroom, the check-in and check-out process is extremely easy and we are welcomed by the housekeeper upon check-in. I'm looking forward to another staycation in John's place soon!

It was a great stay! We had the best time enjoying the villa and the facilities. There is a supermarket and MMI close by so no need to travel too far for extra requirements during the stay. Lights are set on a timer but can be turned back on manually from inside the house. Will return for sure.

Kay homes was a lovely place for a staycation in the UAE. The villa was clean and had basic amenties. We were only there for a night but loved that we could BBQ on the rooftop, make breakfast in the morning etc. They had all basic appliances and there is an al maya 5 mins away for all grocery needs. The pool itself was perfect for 6 ppl and is fairly shaded. Beds and pillows were extremely comfy!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa, easy communication for check in with clear instructions. The villa was clean and had everything you could need. The beach was nearby, as well as supermarkets and restaurants. Suitably positioned for adventuring out and about to see the sights of RAK. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend. The villa is clean and tidy. Check in was super easy. It’s a very spacious space that accommodated a group of 7 people easily with room for more people. The back yard floor needed cleaning. And there were no access cards to easily access the gates. Other than that it was lovely. And I definitely recommend it.
