Hanane is a very welcoming host, the accommodation was very clean, faithful to the photos, well located and very well-equipped. The apartment is a 12-minute drive from the airport which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to guests looking to explore Tunis. We'll be happy to go back.

It was a wonderful vacation in Tunisia. We were received by Mohamed in a very friendly manner, he was waiting for us for the check-in. Even before the trip, he was always available for all our questions. The place was a dream, everything was as described, even nicer than in the pictures. The balcony invites you to relax and we could enjoy some sunsets there. The bathroom was very bright and clean, everything was lovingly prepared for us. The location of the accommodation is optimal and central to all major towns in Tunis. It is less than 5 minutes to the beach by car and the nearest supermarket is already within walking distance. We felt really in good hands We'd love to come back!

Felt at home from the very first moment. Waheeba was incredibly kind and welcoming. There was this quiet sense of victory in the air. The city was alive, full of energy and motion, and we ended up exploring so many , each one adding a new layer to the experience.

The Airbnb was exactly like in the pictures – very well equipped and spotless. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. He even arranged transportation back to Tunis. Overall, a 10/10 experience!

There is a private bathroom in two large beds, and the kitchen and washing machine are in the common area. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room! Depending on the nearby beach, there are many restaurants and cafes, and it takes about 40 minutes on foot to Sidi Bu-side, but there is an uphill climb, so we recommend using a cheap taxi. If the weather was a little warmer, it looked really good to swim in the ocean! The owner's lady is so kind, the garden is really pretty, and the rooftop view is really beautiful. Recommended place to stay at great value for money

The villa was as described, tidy, and clean rooms. The location was good though not very easy to find, but the communication with Linda was impeccable. I also highly recommend it for the great value for the price. See you next time, thanks for everything.

At the end of April 2025, I spent 5 nights with my family (2 adults and 2 small children) in the accommodation and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is large and equipped as described. There are 2 terraces next to the balcony and in the entrance area of the courtyard a sink where you can rinse sand from your feet. Youssef is a friendly and accommodating host who is quick to respond to "difficulties" ( we had an issue with the washing machine) and find solutions. I recommend the place. Malik was very responsive and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Anytime I had a question or needed something, he replied quickly and made sure I was taken care of. His place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests’ experience. I really appreciated his hospitality and would definitely recommend staying at this Airbnb.

Must be the best place we've been to. Large, spacious and fresh. The pool is amazing. Has a really cozy outdoor seating and a tennis court. The house is just as good inside as outside and is located in a good and central area close to much. The host was very accommodating and flexible and helped us with a lot. Highly recommend!

Lovely condo with an amazing pool. Walk right out to the beach and enjoy your day in the sea. A short drive into town for shopping at the souk and lots of restaurants. We loved it!

The accommodation is at a fair price. The neighbourhood is very safe. The view is incredible. The host was the nicest I've ever met. They gave us useful recommendations about what to visit and they were very flexible about the check out. Great experience overall. I would toatally recommend!

I spent my two-week stay at this Airbnb! It was really amazing, the view was just beautiful. The photos are exactly the same as in reality. I'll put a good 10/10. Really very accessible. After at the bottom of the residence, there is a lounge cafe and right next door there is the Byzance hotel. Then around there are plenty of restaurants, a Monoprix and a little further there is the center of Nabeul. From the residence to the center it's 20min walk.

I had a great stay at Habiba's. The place was super clean and comfortable, and it was great having a washing machine available. The only issue (and this is outside of Habiba's control!) is that there are smokers in the building and the flat can smell quite strongly of smoke at times. If you're sensitive to smoke, you'll probably be better off in a hotel.
