Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Al Hudayriat Island

The host really went out of her way to make sure are stay was easy and relaxing. She went above and beyond to make it all seamless

We had a great stay at the apartment and hosts were super helpful with instructions. Two large beds, and one big sofa bed was ideal space for a family of five. Check in was easy and security staff were great assisting with the underground car parking space. Location great - close to all parks, entertainment and Mall within minutes. Airport was 15 mins away. Swimming pool maintenance meant swimming pool was shut, however we had access to the swimming pool in the adjacent block - great views over the golf course and bay.

the place is great.. beautifully and elegantly furnished.. everything that you need is in the place such as appliances, cutlery etc.. the location of course is beautiful its right on saadiyat mamsha and the beautiful beach.. the only downisde is the construcrion going.on around the building upto late night but it didnt really affect our stay thats of course outside the control of the host and its clear on the pictures that some construction is going on and the other minor issue is te master bedroom shower the water flows outside to the washroom. overall amazing stay with the family and definitely will visit again .

Beautiful place and very close to alot of sites

I stayed in an apartment on the 26th floor and was absolutely impressed by the breathtaking view of the bay — it’s even better in person than in the photos. The area is very quiet and cozy, making it ideal for relaxation. Despite the peaceful surroundings, everything you need is just a short walk away — shops, cafes, and public transport are all easily accessible. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, but the place wasn’t ready at check in time (3pm).

Had some small confusion getting into the parking so I recommend that future guests park in the outside carpark first, enter the apartment which is easy and then you will find the parking garage barrier cards on the kitchen table. Apart from that, it's a great and very clean apartment with fantastic views, good amenities nearby. Will probably book it for my own friends and family visitors again now that we have settled at our new home on Reem Island. In short, go ahead and experience this studio... we felt very comfortable and relaxed during our stay.

very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

Very spacious and clean Airbnb with all the amenities. Well located across the street from the beach with plenty of walkable restaurants to choose from in the area. We rented bikes across the street and rode much of the Corniche. Reception and building staff were friendly. Host communicated well. Care should be taken in the tub as it is very slippery. The gym looked good and the pool was located in another building. We found the bed too firm but our host said that was something she could easily address if that were an issue for others in which case we would recommend this Airbnb to others.

This was my second stay at Eric's Airbnb in Abu Dhabi. My son was a student at NYUAD, and the location is conveniently close to the NYU campus. My sister had visited a year ago and also stayed here, and we both came for my son's graduation and were very happy to book this same place again. The apartment is clean, spacious and has everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable, and the couch is a comfortable sleeping area also. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It's very quiet and safe. We had access to restaurants and shops nearby, and we weren't far from the city. This time we had a car rental, but getting a taxi is also very accessible. We had a question about the Wifi password, and both Tate and Eric responded quickly and helped us resolve that. All of our communication with both Tate and Eric was incredibly helpful and responsive. If I return to the area, I'd love to stay here again. It was nice to know that this welcoming space would be waiting after a long flight!

For us, this was the best stay in a villa ever, place was very very beautiful and spacious, clean, tidy, interior was beautiful, parking space for 2 cars was available, and above all the host is one of the best of the best, service was 10/10, the place is very worth it and I recommend everyone to stay here. Bathrooms were very clean I was amazed, beds are super comfortable you don’t even wanna wake up from them, kitchen is spacious and has all amenities needed, dinning table is wonderful! The whole place looks like another world. I thank Shaheens’ nest so much for the best experience ever. Surely not the last stay here. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

The villa was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 7 people and I would say it easily accommodates 10 people. The neighbourhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, perfect for a relaxed stay and we had access to their community club, primarily the swimming pool which was clean. On the other hand, it is about a 10–15 minute drive from the main touristic spots in Yas Island. Even though Uber/Careem is easy to order, but it is further away from the spots compared to other residential options. Overall, we had a lovely stay with plenty of room.

A place of great splendour, cleanliness and comfort , directly overlooking the sea. And the magnificent view, with all the different needs in and outside the apartment, and there are many services near the place.. I will not change my reservation to another place when my next visit to Abu Dhabi ..

We were 4 families traveling together, which included 8 adults and 7 kids. The property was very comfortable to stay for all of us. The interiors of the villa are beautiful and so is the play ground access right behind the villa. The area is quiet and safe, located 10 mins drive from all the parks and Yas mall. Would highly recommend this stay for big family groups.

Khalfan's place was at the perfect location for those who are looking for activities in yas island. The villa was perfect for accommodating my family and I. Very clean, private and easy to check in and out with no hassle at all.

A good home for families, quiet, and the place is clean and good price

We stayed at Karam’s place for 6 weeks, including a few extensions. No issues at all. It is fully furnished and suitable for a family who are touring or waiting for their home to be finished (like us!). It is 5 min drive to theme parks and Yas mall and easy access to highway to Dubai. It is a large but quiet neighbourhood with lots of playgrounds, pools and footpaths. Thank you Karam!
