Stayed for two nights and everything went smoothly. The apartment is in a great location, peaceful, yet surrounded by plenty of things to do. It was exactly what we needed for a short stay in Cairo Festival City. Would definitely recommend.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Mona & Bassant place! The property was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for coffee shop and food places, making it super convenient to explore the area. What really stood out, though, was how welcoming and thoughtful our host was. Mona & Bassant went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great local recommendations and provide us with fresh towels and even arranged for a cleaning lady to come and tidy up the place during our stay, The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and communication was quick and clear throughout. I can’t recommend this spot enough – it’s the perfect home away from home! Looking forward to staying again on my next trip!

Un grand merci à Heba qui nous a permis de faire notre check-in plus tôt et qui nous a bien guidé pour notre arrivée. Le logement était très agréable et plutôt fidèle aux photos. La chambre principale était spacieuse, le lit King size appréciable et la partie dressing assez ergonomique. Je n’étais simplement pas fan de la porte coulissante entre la chambre et la salle de bain, trop difficile à ouvrir et fermer mais c’est vraiment un détail considéré la qualité du reste de l’appartement. La deuxième salle de bain était parfaite d’ailleurs. La piscine à l’extérieur a le mérite d’exister mais je m’attendais à ce qu’elle soit un peu plus grande. C était tout de même agréable d’avoir la possibilité de s’y baigner si on le souhaitait (l’eau était super froide mais les courageux se baigneront quand même !) Le gros point positif est la localisation dans la ville, le quartier de Festival Cairo est central, c’était pratique pour les déplacements. Encore merci Heba <3 on a aimé notre séjour !

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful from the beginning — they welcomed me warmly, showed me around the place, and were very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which I really appreciated. They were always available to offer help and gave great recommendations throughout my stay. The apartment itself is very comfortable, well-equipped with everything you might need, and ideally located — close to both the airport and New Cairo. I definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

This apartment was the perfect home base for our Cairo adventure! It was exactly as pictured — clean, stylish, and super comfortable. We loved waking up to the city view from the balcony and coming back to relax in the cozy living room after a full day of sightseeing. The location is fantastic — close to everything but still peaceful at night. Our host was incredibly helpful, offering great local tips and even helping us arrange a private tour to the pyramids. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

Dr Hassan's place was an amazing stay. Dr Hassan was also incredibly friendly and helpful and always wanting to help. Check in and check out was flexible. All the area's were very clean and as described. I would 100% recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in New Cairo.

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

Dr. Mohamed provided detailed instructions, and he made sure that I understood everything. The apartment is spacious and was cleaned. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, making me feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, safe, convenient stay in Cairo. Definitely, will come back again!

We loved the place because it is very close to the compound gate which ease the walk to nearby restaurants. Also, you feel like staying at home in term of cleanness and organization. On top of that you get a warm welcome by the host. Highly recommended.

Mısır'da ailecek kalınabilecek muhteşem bir ev. Ev gerçekten temiz ve de düzenliydi. Eve bizim için bırakılan ikramlıklar hem lezzetli hem de fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Mohamed çok ilgili bir ev sahibiydi. Şiddetle tavsiye ederiz.

I can’t say enough about Nour’s hospitality and warmth. One of the top hosts I’ve ever met.

Her hospitality really made us feel at home. The apartment itself is very nice, super clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location is also fantastic and safe, quiet, and incredibly convenient, with most places just 20–30 minutes away by Uber. This is our second time staying here. As before, we were very comfortable and very happy. The location is great, as it is a 2 minute walk to a new mall which has many great restaurants, and a place called Monkey Maze which is like a jungle gym for chilldren. We would recommend this place for those looking a simple, tidy and relaxing place in a great location.
