Hossam was so lovely and very nice. We. Arrived around midnight and Hossam was very accommodating, he met us when we arrived, took us to the apartment, gave us a full tour of the place and where we could find everything we needed. He then walked us around the area showing local restaurants , cafes and the mall. It was very thorough. He was always available if we had any questions or advice on where to go. When we were leaving he was very amenable for when we checked out and even brought us a little gift which was so nice of him. I would recommend this to anyone who is thinking of coming to Cairo, will be sure to visit again and wouldn’t think twice to book this place again, it was very big, spotless and had everything you needed, he even stocked the fridge with an array of drinks and snacks. Thank you again Hossam you made our trip very enjoyable and easy.

The service is very great, their apartments are clean and they provide full customer service. I advise everyone to book with them, and it is important to contact them before booking and tell them your requests. They have many wonderful apartments.

From start to finish, Mohammed was very helpful with all our requests and was very responsive. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations. Mohammed Gabry was also very cheerful and knowledgeable about all of the locations. I recommend for others do have Gabry as their tour guide!

Once again, the apartment was wonderful, clean, and welcoming. It has easy access, very quiet , great location. Every time I return to Cairo, it will be my first choice to stay.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic as well, conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants and supermarkets. A nice, clean apartment, in a quiet place, close to services

I stayed at Mo's place for a couple weeks and it was great. Clean, tidy and cozy space. Mo was helpful with answering any questions I had and responded quickly. Highly recommend staying here as it's close to plazas and restaurants, the area felt safe and the gates are locked at night so you can only access by using a key. I had a great time!

we took it for 8 days, it was a wonderful place, we are a family of 6 and it was perfect for us, we have enjoyed staying in this place.

Ahmed was an excellent host. He graciously accommodated our last-minute request and was very responsive throughout our stay. The home was in a residential neighborhood, which made us feel safe and comfortable. It was also within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store - super convenient! We came back to New Cairo after touring Siwa Oasis and did a second stay at Noha's place. She is an excellent host and her house is clean, spacious, and in a great location in Mivida. I highly recommend.

All the appliances worked flawlessly, including the air conditioning, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, electric cooker, dishwasher, and refrigerators. The compound itself is very secure, giving a strong sense of safety and peace of mind throughout my stay. The restaurants at Hydeout are also worth mentioning – they’re exceptional, with a unique atmosphere and delicious food. Overall, I felt completely safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. Ghada and Noha were phenomenal hostesses! I booked rather early to ensure I could get the house. They were extremely attentive, communicative and responsive to many emails for months. They even had their driver meet me to exchange keys coming and going on my timeline. Awesome space, clean, TV, Wifi and full kitchen. Awesome place!
