If you’re looking for a more relaxed version of Luxor then the West Bank and Yasser’s hotel is the place for you. Yasser and his host skills are what made our 10 day stay in Luxor so memorable. He’s happy to arrange all your tours and transportation and he’ll give you budget options too. He’ll make great suggestions of when to see something or maybe to do an activity you weren’t thinking about. We were lucky enough to have ample time to see the main sites of Luxor but also have time for local egyptian life and Yasser invited us to his family home for a meal, to a local festival and many more authentic experiences. We are so grateful for his kindness. The flat is big and spacious. The kitchen needs a few more pieces of equipment to be able to cook a meal but I was able to make small lunches and snacks for the kids in it at least. The rooftop pool, loungers, billiards table and ping pong table were great to stay busy after a long day touring. Food was amazing as well.

Le logement est excellent, on s'y sent très bien. Ali est un hôte formidable, ponctuel, accueillant, aidant et très sympa. Nous avons passé 4 nuits chez Ali, l'emplacement est parfait, au calme tout en étant proche du centre et du ferry. Le restaurant à 100 m Rustic House est délicieux et propose un excellent rapport qualité prix Le logement est en fait plus grand que sur les photos, et bénéficie d'une grande hauteur sous plafond le rendant vraiment agréable, en plus de la baie vitrée et du très grand et joli jardin/terrasse Un détail qui fait toute la différence, il y a une smart TV avec Netflix et autres... Bref tout y est !

Fantastic apartment. Has everything you need. The view is beautiful and offers a bit of serenity compared to what you find in the city center and at many of the historical sites. The hosts are super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend taking a tour with them. They're both Egyptologists and will take you off the beaten track to see places with no other tourists. It was incredible to have tombs completely to yourself. Had a great stay!

The apartment is very spacious, with a lovely view to the Nile. The area is quiet, ideal for families. Al Naggar was extremely kind and helped us with our visit to the Valley of Kings and transfer to the airport. We are looking forward to going back to discover the sights we couldn't visit this time.

This place was one of the loveliest stays in Egypt. With a great view over the Nile, amazing breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. the service was really good and all the staff, especially Ashraf were very helpful and organised many trips for us including a sunrise balloon trip at very reasonable prices

A really lovely stay. The apartment is spacious. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We were able to arrange some tours/transfers through the host. Great restaurant (wolf) 1 minute away. Rooftop is lovely in the evenings. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We are sad we could only stay one night, it was very peaceful, surrounded by green. The house has everything you may need, there's a garden outside where you can sit and a balcony to see outside. Daniel and his wife were very welcoming, he gave us a lot of tips for the remaining part of the trip. We arranged with him a very good tour to the Luxor and Karnak temples that ended up with a boat across the Nile and a tuktuk that brought us to their house. Recommended for a very peaceful stay.

Un logement exceptionnel avec vue dégagée sur la vallée des rois depuis la terrasse, la chambre et le salon. En rentrant dans l'appartement j'ai été saisi par la taille de ce dernier : un grand salon, une grande chambre avec un lit double, et une douche qui ferait rougir mon petit studio parisien. Saleh a été un hôte remarquable et très attentionné. Fort de son expérience de guide, ses recommandations ont toujours été pertinentes. Une très belle rencontre humaine Je recommande à 100%

Tive alguns contratempos e não consegui me hospedar na unidade locada, no entanto Mohamed efetuou o reembolso integral e foi extremamente solicito. Recomendo este parceiro, pois embora tenha tido problema foram extremamente honestos comigo. Cheguei a fazer alguns passeios com Mohamed, uma pessoa extremamente amável e atenciosa. Foi uma pena não conseguir me hospedar nesta unidade.

Staying with Yasmine was an absolute pleasure , Her hospitality, attention to detail, and local recommendations made my stay incredibly enjoyable🥰🤗. The apartment in a very special location Directly on Nile river 🌊 , making it easy to explore the best of Luxor. I especially appreciated her offer of a limousine service, which made my trip even smoother , The whole building is brand new. The best part is the stunning view of the sunny Nile, right from the apartment, with a location that can't be beaten. Being directly on the tourist port made it so easy to cross the Nile like a local, just a quick 5-minute boat ride! Yasmine's hospitality truly made this a memorable stay for us 🤗 . Highly recommend her and would love to return to here place 🌻☀️🇪🇬

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und direkt am Nil, wie beschrieben. Das Haus und die Lage sind sehr schön. Alles ist sehr sauber und alle sind sehr freundlich und nett. Wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder.

Staying at Mohamed’s place was truly a highlight of my trip to Egypt. He is a warm, humble, and incredibly generous host—always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. From the very first moment, I felt safe, welcomed, and at ease. The location is absolutely perfect: tucked away in a peaceful area surrounded by banana trees, yet just a short 10-minute walk to the Nile and close enough to walk to nearby restaurants. It strikes the perfect balance between calm seclusion and easy access to local amenities. The room itself was cosy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I could possibly need—even a hair dryer, which was such a pleasant surprise! Shehab was a very responsive host and even helped us in getting currency exchanged at a short notice. The house is very good with all the necessary amenities.

Nous avons passé quelques jours à Luxor chez Ali au bord du Nil. Le logement était impeccable, situé West Bank avec vue sur le Nil et les montagnes. Il se trouve à proximité de bons restaurants et alimentations, on accède par bateau directement aux temples de Karnak et Luxor. Ali est un hôte présent et extraordinaire, il nous a organisé le séjour comme un professionnel, il connaît tout le monde et vous trouve les meilleurs prix. Nous nous sommes senti en confiance et avons été très bien accueillis. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs pleins la tête et une folle envie de revenir. Merci à Ali pour ces très beaux moments (the king). A très vite inshallah

The property is at a walking distance from the port. We were given two units because of our family size of five. I didn’t know/realize up until a day before we checked in. Unit 7 has a good view of the Nile. Unit 6 could barely see it. The units were generally very clean with the exception of kitchen appliances. Some devices didn’t work but it was OK in our case since we had two units. The location is safe and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Ali was very helpful and courteous. Very good communication. He even allowed us to store our luggage for a few extra hours, which we were very appreciative. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again at Ali’s building if we ever go back to Luxor.

Sayed's place is absolutely amazing. The value is incredible for what you get. The bed is comfortable, the place is clean, the kitchen is good. There are a few good restaurants near by. Sayed is so nice and welcoming. We had tea and coffee with him a few times and he was so interesting to talk with. I highly recommend staying here.

Hesham is a super friendly and responsive host.. he was always at hand to help us with our queries. his apartment is well located,equidistant from the Luxor and Karnak temple.. supermarket close by

Mahmoud is a great host. He even cooked delicious Chinese-style meals, spicy sauce included! He’s thoughtful when preparing food and always waited for everyone to sit down before opening the meal together. The rooftop is spacious, with beautiful views of the sunset and nearby fields. There's even a fun echo - you might find yourself singing up there without realizing it. Communication was smooth and Mahmoud was very helpful throughout the stay. Mahmoud could help to book hot air ballon for you with reasonable price, though due to the weather we couldn't make it at the end. There’s a free washing machine, a big kitchen, and the location is convenient - about 10 minutes' walk to the ferry, with plenty of restaurants around. You would likely be greeted by friendly local grannies along the way haha. One tip: during summer, the first floor stays cooler - the top floor can get a bit hot, which might affect the air conditioning. Would recommend staying here!

5 Stars! I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay — from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy, clean linens. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and great local recommendations. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
