[120-year-old private house] Iwasaki, with its lush vegetation, is located along the Minase River and was a key transportation hub during the era of riverboat transport.During the Meiji era, there were four breweries, and the sake produced was so fine that it was dedicated to the emperor. This building is a renovated Takahashi family residence used by the owner of one of the breweries, Mineno Asahi Brewery.

Seizekan, a farmer's inn, is located in the mountains about 25 minutes by car from Kakunodate, Akita Prefecture, and a 15-minute walk from Hachimangu Naganodairu Station on the Akita Inland Railway. Surrounded by rice fields, it is a quiet and natural environment. We renovated the second floor of a farm work shed that used to be a cowshed, and created an accommodation space with a kitchen, bath, and toilet. This space is for one group of guests per day. Some people say, "It's like returning to my parents' house." In the summer, we recommend that you spend a leisurely time feeling the breeze, and in the winter, we recommend that you lie back and listen to the sound of the boiling water in the hot water heater while facing the firewood stove. Please feel free to look into the vinyl greenhouse or go out to the hot springs.

The two "Uriso" buildings, unique to southern Akita Prefecture, one of Japan's leading heavy snow areas, have been renovated into guest rooms, connecting the main house and the storehouse with a large roof so that you can come and go even when it snows in winter. In order to make the special space of the storehouse more casual, there are 4 original bunk beds made of Akita cedar on the 2nd floor, and a dormitory room with shared sanitary facilities on the 1st floor.
