God bussforbindelse til Oslo...ca 30 min til sentrum. 2 soverom, et med en dobbelseng og et med 2 dobbelsenger(hems) kjøkken med langbord 10 sitteplasser, Smart TV med Netflix o.a. Stue med stor hjørnesofa/sjeselong, Smart TV/Netflix. Stort bad med dusj, bobblebad, 2 vasker og vaskemaskin Leiligheten alt på en flate,ligger i 3etg , trapper( ikke heis)

Nydelig funkis-hus, sibirsk lerk fra 2019. To kjølige soverom i 1. etasje. Meget stilig 2.etasje med åpen stue- og kjøkkenløsning, skyvedør ut mot stor, usjenert terrasse med mye sol. Store vindusflater med god rom-følelse og fantastisk solskjerming. Mulighet for å sove på sofa og benk i stuen. Kort vei til sjø,skiløyper og til flott natur på Vardåsen. Deilig hage på forsiden av huset med trampoline, bordtennisbord og hengekøye. Veldig hyggelige naboer. Usjenert, nydelige grøntarealer.Velkommen!

Stay in our modern and cozy house in one of Oslo's most central residential areas. We prefer to rent out to families. 180 m2 apartment with fantastic views of the city, 3 terraces (including a spectacular rooftop terrace) and own garden with apple trees, strawberries and flowers. The perfect place to kick back after a busy day. Private parking, and very central with metro, tram and bus (5-10 mins to town). Several groceries stores, coffee shops, restaurants and parks within walking distance.

From the apartment, you have walking distance to most facilities such as restaurants, cafes, parks, and public transportation. It is a family-friendly place, very quiet. Kjeller: Vaskerom og trimrom Lys og vakker murvilla beliggende høyt og fritt, omkranset av en stor og frodig hage. Takhøyde på ca 2.5m og store vinduer i alle rom, samt husets beliggenhet i høyden gjør denne boligen til noe for seg selv! Nesten alle oppholdsrom i huset har lys fra store doble vinduer og lys fra to sider.

Modern, delicate apartment in one of Oslos most popular area. The living room is very light and airy with glass sliding doors to a nice balcony witch gives a beautiful view of Akerselva and the pathway along the river. There is also a nice garden available with playground for kids. There is one master bedroom and one bedroom with integrated køyeseng.e bathroom is quit big with a shower and washing machine and a tumbler.The apartment is delicately furnished with Danish and Italian design.

Beautiful and nice one-bedroom apartment 30 minutes away from Oslo in center of Nannestad, only 15 minutes away from Gardermoen airport and train station with bus number 420. Bus goes every day and every 20 minutes. Train to Oslo goes every 15 minutes. Apartment has a balcony and big dining table. Nearby are shops, restaurants and gym. To balkonger med morgensol og ettermiddagssol. Nærmeste cafè er i etasjen under, der kan du kjøpe juice og ferske bakevarer. Leiligheten ligger i 2. etg, med heis hvis du er dårlig til bens. Cozy place in perfect location!

The street car is only 2 min walk from the apartment. Nr: 11, 12, 13 It is easy to get around from my place, you can walk, take the bus, or the street car. You dont need a car, it is easy to get everywhere, and the distance between places is short. When I rent our my room, Im always going home to the place Im from, so then you have the place for yourself. <3
