There is 1 toilet on the ground floor, a seating area (there can be a sofa bed for 3 people), an open kitchen and a balcony, and on the upper floor there is 1 toilet bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One room has a double bed and the other has 2x single beds. Our house has 2 gardens, front and back.
