Willkommen, Marhaban, Bienvenue und Welcome! Das im maurischen Stil erbaute Haus liegt am Hang direkt an der Atlantikküste. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.

Very nice Villa with private pool without neighbors. The villa is located in a new residence 10 minutes from downtown Agadir and the beaches. Close to all amenities including the Sela shopping center: Carrefour, Kiabi, Decathlon, Parkids, McDonald's, etc. (5 min by car) and many other shops. Very quiet and secure family residence, well maintained I'm available for any additional information and wish you a pleasant stay in Agadir.
