“Fantastic place, very cozy and functional with many extra perks including fine coffee with a proper machine to brew. The bed is comfortable that can be shared with a partner even with a few extra pounds & has an extra top bunk for a rascal or two or an adult would be fine. There’s a nice desk to utilize and wonderful windows with nice bright views. Just outside the door is a porch to take in the country environment and relax on the bench provided. This cabin is well designed and somehow gives a feel of a larger than actual place. The surroundings are that of horses in meadow, a very interesting barn, and a fire pit area to get an old pioneer feel to enjoying the bright starry night skies. Jim is a remarkable yet modest man with a history that’s as decorated as America’s finest. He is extensively knowledgeable on history & the best activities to indulge on and in what way. It’s like having a personal skillful travel adviser as needed. Jim is extremely available & will go above & beyond to provide all information needed or deliver the service asked for. At the same time he has this touch to give that proper attention at the rate needed. So a guest will mostly feel like they have the entire area to themselves but also have a host appear just when you need it. To stay here in this quiet cabin is a more than a regular stay. It’s a luxury to be appreciated to have been experienced.”
Furnished with a western decor and many antiques, yet has modern amenities. Close to downtown, but in a wonderful old neighborhood. A great escape to the old west.
“Jerry's place was just as described. There were so many fun western touches throughout that I can't mention them all. The place has been remodeled and I fell in love with the bathroom. Jerry made check-in so easy and was quick to communicate. Very clean and a great value! I travel through Thermopolis a few times a year, I will stay again.”
