Unique Grade II listed cottage situated in the quaint village of Churchtown. Please note that we have a strict NO parties/gatherings policy at the cottage. The cottage is refurbished to a high standard. The internal accommodation comprises of sitting room, diner kitchen and drawing room/conservatory. There is a bathroom with bath and shower facilities. Nestled in the village of Birkdale lies the original house of Dr Banks a physician in the early 19th Century. Here is your home from home airbnb with your own private entrance, fitted kitchen and lounge with Smart TV. With free WiFi and working desk should you wish to work! The airbnb sleeps 4 and has 2 ensuite bedrooms each with 42”Smart TVs and King size Hypnos beds. We live in the adjoining house separate from the airbnb and can be contacted by message should you require anything.

It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

A single storey self catering cottage will accommodate two people and is ideally suitable for guests with minor mobility issues. The lounge and the kitchen area are combined creating a cosy feeling. With a flat screen TV with smart Internet and DVD player, table & chairs and a comfy sofa to sink into. The bedroom with en suite bathroom, leads directly from the lounge and features a patio doors to access the patio with chairs and beautiful gardens.

The Annexe

This property is self contained annexe, with one double bedroom, open plan living/kitchen area and one bathroom with a large walk-in shower. (Please be aware it is an electric shower with medium water pressure) Making the property suitable for up to two adults ( Not suitable for infants or children due to a large pond directly outside the property). There is ample parking for two cars.
